1) You should watch.

2) You will be enraged.

3) The police use a material piece of evidence relating to the automotive world. People on Reddit noticed this first...Believe the Oppo/Jalop world can shed some light.

4) Below is a screenshot of from episode 4. (They searched the property 7 times, then found the missing persons toyota Key in plane site on the floor)

It was a 1999 Toyota Rav 4.

This is the Key...notice this is not the main Key or even the spare Key?

Weren’t there FOBs( transponders) in 1999, I thought there were?

Isn’t this a valet KEY? Wouldn’t most people be driving with the a ( transponder) Key FOB.

Those look like the keys from the 2002 Tacoma I had. But the valet key was all metal, no plastic, and certainly didn’t have a transponder.

I don’t think US versions of RAV4 had immobilizer keys until 04+

Do you mean transponders like just having the key in your pocket gets you in and going without taking it out? If so then no. Remote keyless entry was still an option in the late 90s and you still needed a key to start the car.

I finished the show yesterday.

I see nothing suspicious about that key.

Source: I worked at a dealership for a long time and saw a lot of keys.

Yeah that show had me enraged. The prosecuter completely contradicts himself. He tells the Steven Avery jury that the murder happened in the garage, but tells the Brendan jurry that the murder happened in the bedroom. and there was ZERO, NONE, NO evidence at all that showed Brendan had anything to do with her murder, other than his own confession that the police practically told him word for word what to say

My mothers daily is a ‘99 Rav4 and it has the same key, it also has a keyless fob but it’s the exact same key.
